I ordered on Nov 5th, 3025. It's the 14th.

I keep emailing; they keep saying the address is not found, but the money was taken out of my account. Very frustrated, not a happy customer.

I need to confirm an order and the address it's being sent to. My contact # is 209-993-****. I also purchased it through Affirm.

Wrong color hair was sent. I keep sending pictures. I was supposed to get the honey blonde, not this dark color.

Hello, I have been trying to reach out about a mystery wig that was purchased. It never came in. Please help me with this.

I returned the wig. The texture was not right.

I sent a photo And return it. I did like the wig. If I could have that same style with the texture that I have received prior.

I have made a payment through my after pay for a wig but Nadula is saying that my payment is needed.

I would like to inform you that the delivered wig is not the actual wig I ordered.

What I ordered was curly wig but what I received was entirely a straight yakki which i actually need my natural hair to cover the front but am with a low cut. kindly look into this ASAP.

I ordered the chestnut brown long length lace front wig tangle free but you sent me a short bob wig 7x5 that I absolutely did not order

I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND I ONLY GOT 3.74 REFUND, I USED ZIP AND NADULA DIDN'T REFUND THEM ALL OF THIER MONEY EASY YA'LL PLEASE BE WEARY OF NADULA HAIR

Hello this is Katina White my package was delivered to the wrong address. I sent an email to service@***.Com but received no reply.

I need my package. Bad customer service.

I am very upset my package was sent to the wrong address. I specifically wrote 2200 Colorado Ave.

Apt. 220, Santa Monica, CA 90404, and the intaker put a different address, per USPS stated.

I ordered 3 items I only received 2 now I am told one was delivered on the 12 of September which I never get the agent email me saying I must contact UPS as they said it was delivered to a locker now I have a mailbox so if its deliver to a locker then the locker key is to be in my mail box once I dont see a key how will I know that a package was deliver to me. And why am I the one to call ups to check the package when I am not the sender and the next thing the tracking number I got from Nadula isnt right ups said wrong tracking number

I ordered the wig advertised and received a synthetic wig from China, I paid over $100 and the quality is NOT the same wig advertised

I did all I was supposed to do as far as research, checking reviews and pictures and Still not whatI ordered

I picked up my package today, and the hair is wrong. It is supposed to have a part, not the gathering on top of the head. Please let me know how to return it by giving me the prepaid label.
