I made an order for my birthday on 3/17, the shipping said express shipping and today is the 27th of March and still no package or info about the package . All I was giving was an order number so I dont know who the carrier is to try and track my package.
It is no phone number to even talk to a real person only robots. This is crazy my bday came and went and I still dont have my wigs. Also the promo codes that are given via watts app and text msg never works to save money.
I have ordered from this site 4-5 times prior to this so when I seen estimated delivery date, I thought my package would be here like every other package Ive ordered. My money was taken as soon as I pressed the check out tab.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. There was nothing done no apology, no discount no anything the only thing was done. Was they send me my money back for my hair that I have purchased that was it still pissed

About eight or the debt federal express is holding
I placed my way on August 14. I still have not received my week.
They are giving me such a runaround telling me that I didnt give them my address number That I didnt give them a Partman number so I found they called them and gave them a Partman number. I still havent received it. They sent me pictures and say it was delivered. I send them pictures of my apartment complex.
It was not my apartment where the package was dropped off at all I just wanna write at this point I paid $117.24. I would like my money back on the order number was in 6006****. They say they said they fed her at the federal express number was 782487****30 they told me they called them and I hate it. They had an IB AL something so they put the right apartment number on it.
I still have not received it out and by the way my name is Denise. young 1913 Bellhaven Dr. apartment 302 Hyattsville m.d 20785. My email is Charles Wallace dy@***.com.
Maybe you can help me solve this problem because I am so fed up with this. I dont know what to do so please help me.
