Verified ReviewerResolved: I have not received credit for the wig I returned
On May 26, I purchased the hombre Yaki 20 inch wig with the drawstring in the back from Nadula. I received the wrong wig.
I contacted support; they forwarded me the address to their warehouse to send the wig back via USPS. I did so and also sent them a screenshot of the tracking number as they requested. On June 11th, I received notification that the package was received by Nadula. I emailed support and forwarded them a copy of the delivery receipt from USPS showing that it was delivered, and my account has not been credited.
I emailed Nadula support about this three times. I sent a message on Nadula's Facebook page, but no one has responded to me. I need to be credited for the return of the wig. I also sent a video showing them that everything that came with the wig was boxed back up.
I didn't even open any of the gifts, like the combs and the headband. I video recorded all this, but no one has responded to me yet. I simply want my money back so I can re-purchase the wig; however, the longer it's taking, no one is reaching out to me. It makes me want to discontinue my relationship with Nadula.
This is not professional.
I can't find a customer service number to call. I just want someone to respond, confirm that they received their wig, and credit my account.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I got my wig and I love the quality. Someone on the instagram app assisted me.
I have made a payment through my after pay for a wig but Nadula is saying that my payment is needed.

I would like to inform you that the delivered wig is not the actual wig I ordered.
What I ordered was curly wig but what I received was entirely a straight yakki which i actually need my natural hair to cover the front but am with a low cut. kindly look into this ASAP.

I never received my wig yet and I'm still waiting. I used my Capital One card to make the payment. I'm still waiting patiently for the wig and I don't think that it's still coming.

They are still trying to collect money from their Affirm after receiving back the merchandise and being satisfied with the return. This has been a long fight over something so small. Very petty.
