My money has not been refunded to me for the return of a wig that I sent off on January 5. I have not heard any correspondence from the company regarding what is going on with my refund.
I haven't repeated this multiple times as y'all keep sending me stuff to fill out; now there's no necessity. It's like getting the runaround.

I received an email saying that the order has been delivered. I went to the mailbox and mailroom, but there was nothing. I am confused; please check with the delivery person and send me the wigs back. I never received anything, even though they say it was delivered.

Two orders that I paid $7.99 each for express delivery on 7/20. I was also charged more than the advertised price.
I immediately contacted Nadula by email and requested 1 order be cancelled. After I didnt receive the second order that I paid express for I requested both orders to be cancelled.
I received the first order 8/7 that I refused delivery on. At this point I just want my money back a total of $162.91.

On May 26, I purchased the hombre Yaki 20 inch wig with the drawstring in the back from Nadula. I received the wrong wig.
I contacted support; they forwarded me the address to their warehouse to send the wig back via USPS. I did so and also sent them a screenshot of the tracking number as they requested. On June 11th, I received notification that the package was received by Nadula. I emailed support and forwarded them a copy of the delivery receipt from USPS showing that it was delivered, and my account has not been credited.
I emailed Nadula support about this three times. I sent a message on Nadula's Facebook page, but no one has responded to me. I need to be credited for the return of the wig. I also sent a video showing them that everything that came with the wig was boxed back up.
I didn't even open any of the gifts, like the combs and the headband. I video recorded all this, but no one has responded to me yet. I simply want my money back so I can re-purchase the wig; however, the longer it's taking, no one is reaching out to me. It makes me want to discontinue my relationship with Nadula.
This is not professional.
I can't find a customer service number to call. I just want someone to respond, confirm that they received their wig, and credit my account.

I think your company need to send my proof of delivery photo because my wig has never delivered to me
