Good afternoon, I am Mimi. I placed an order for 2 wigs through TikTok Shop.

I received an email saying that the order has been delivered. I went to the mailbox and mailroom, but there was nothing. I am confused; please check with the delivery person and send me the wigs back. I never received anything, even though they say it was delivered.

Please investigate for me.

Wigs have not been received. They are sitting at a warehouse for 4 days with no further information!

I am not satisfied because it is too complicated for me. I need something simple.

One of them is complicated, and the other one is that I don't like the color. The other one looks like just what I have already, so I do not want them because I am not satisfied. I would like to make a return. I would like a refund and hope that you can help me to return and get a refund because I did not wear them.

I did not use them. It's still in a package and everything is still in there, so I would like you to help me with that.

Each time I need to speak with someone in customer service it gets cut off make you think twice about this company.

My money has not been refunded to me for the return of a wig that I sent off on January 5. I have not heard any correspondence from the company regarding what is going on with my refund.

I haven't repeated this multiple times as y'all keep sending me stuff to fill out; now there's no necessity. It's like getting the runaround.

Paid 154.93 for a wig that I never received. My money was taken, and no phone number works to speak to anyone. I would like my money refunded.

wasn't what it looked like in the pictures. It didn't come with adjustable band and was extremely dark in color and it had tabs already on it and not true to length

This is my second return. The hair is shorter than expected.

I'm returning two wigs, which I left ref# from Klarna. Wigs have been used at all.

Two orders that I paid $7.99 each for express delivery on 7/20. I was also charged more than the advertised price.

I immediately contacted Nadula by email and requested 1 order be cancelled. After I didnt receive the second order that I paid express for I requested both orders to be cancelled.

I received the first order 8/7 that I refused delivery on. At this point I just want my money back a total of $162.91.

The length shown was not length received!! I prefer a few inches longer, willing to return..

I have sent so many emails to service@***.com needing help to resolve a refund. The option to request a refund is not available for me to choose on their website.

The color is a little more than I expected; I prefer a little more black and longer. I'll order another once I'm refunded, but overall very nice, so human-like.
