I ordered an item and what was received.Looked nothing like what I ordered. When I contacted the company they indicated they could not recognize my order number period I was told that there is a fraudulent site out there that's using their name and that I would need to contact that company. The website does not list a phone number for customer support, so I have no way to contact sent emails and they've gone unanswered, and my emails returned as non deliverable.

Customer service after the sale was not represented well very difficult to get connected to whoever or wherever this company is no confirmation regarding my emails. It seems like company wants you to continue business with them, but do not want to refund your money. I sent the way back well in advance of the 30 day cut off. I would like a full refund thank you.
